A leading mental health charity in Manchester seeks a Service Manager to oversee a recovery-focused accommodation project. This role involves managing a team and ensuring the success of individuals in treatment by addressing housing issues related to substance use. Strong leadership skills and prior managerial experience in a similar field are essential. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £35,520 to £51,060 plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days of annual leave and enhanced sick pay.

Location : 182 Rochdale Road, Manchester, M40 7RA
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (This role will require weekend and Bank Holiday working on a rota basis.)

Working as part of a wider team to provide housing support, delivering a support package to help clients to live independently and progress towards sustained housing recovery.
We are seeking a Manchester-based Service Manager to manage a recovery focused, 28 bed supported accommodation project and outreach support service. You will play a pivotal role in our service, dedicated to addressing the housing needs of individuals in treatment and improving their engagement in treatment programs. Your leadership skills and ability to work in partnership with others will be crucial in achieving our ambition of eliminating housing problems associated with alcohol and drug use.
