What will you be doing?
  • You will be leading the team of Field Service Engineers and Technicians
  • Overseeing scheduling and resource planning
  • Conducting regular site visits & audits
  • Training & mentoring new team members
Where will you be doing it?

What you'll need:
  • Proven experience in a field service or operations management role
  • Strong technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic or Controls engineering
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills - customer focused role
  • Full UK driving license
  • Happy travelling across Scotland and occasionally across the UK
  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple sites
