A leading support organization in Doncaster seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead a team providing person-centred support for individuals with complex needs. You will drive high-quality assistance and foster positive relationships within the team. A background in social care, particularly with autism and mental health, is essential, along with strong leadership skills and a willingness to provide hands-on support when required.
Service Manager – Doncaster
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead a team of support workers in Doncaster. You’ll bring strong knowledge of supporting people with complex needs and experience working with families and professionals to create and deliver person-centred plans that help individuals live fulfilling lives in their own communities. This is a full time post, working 37.5 hours a week.
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality, person-focused support. You’ll be confident making decisions under pressure, resilient when things don’t go to plan, and passionate about driving positive change.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential — you’ll act as a role model, build positive relationships, and demonstrate best practice across the service.
