The Role

We're excited to offer a rewarding role as Service Manager within our Young Peoples Service in Crewe. We are looking for someone who can inspire and lead a team, communicate effectively, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to the continued success of our service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality support that leads to positive outcomes for the young people we serve. You’ll also work closely with the local authority and partner organisations to build strong, collaborative relationships that benefit the service and those who rely on it. We're seeking someone who lives and breathes our values, brings creativity to problem-solving, and is committed to empowering young people to achieve their goals and independence always in line with Ofsted standards.
