Job summary

A social care organization in Canterbury is looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee multiple supported living services for young people. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to ensure high standards of care and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing residential services, a relevant qualification, and a passion for helping young people develop independence. Qualifications

  • Experience managing or supervising supported living or residential services (preferably with young people).
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards.
  • A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent (Level 3 or above desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
