A prominent healthcare trust in the UK is seeking an experienced leader for a management role within the Children, Young People, and Families Directorate. The ideal candidate will oversee teams focused on CAMHS and ensure high-quality care and governance. A degree and substantial management experience in healthcare are required. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Cambridge, offering a salary of £55,690 to £62,682 per annum.
We are seeking an experienced leader with a background in managing diverse teams at a senior level to join our leadership group. This is a management role with responsibility for overseeing a defined portfolio within the Children, Young People, and Families Directorate to include CAMHS, The Community Eating Disorder Service and The Beacon.
The post holder will be located at the Douglas House and Brookside site in Cambridge and will lead and develop dynamic and committed teams which will contribute to shaping services for children families and young people. The role involves seeing safe, high-quality care, governance and performance to improve service user experience across each service.
