Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm.

We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager for our clients main dealer site in the Taunton area.

This is a superb opportunity for a Service Manager to work for a busy and well established main dealer site, working for a strong prestige brand.

Responsibilities
  • Look after a busy and professional department where your remit will be to manage all aspects of the department: From day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Make sure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure key objectives and strategies are met; constantly looking to improve the department and exceed targets.
  • Prides in customer service, works well with staff to get the best out of the department and makes the department its own. (This is a busy department with a strong reputation within the area.)
Qualifications
  • Proven solid Aftersales/Service Management background is essential; need the individual to be of the highest calibre.
  • Main Dealership experience is essential. At least 3 years.
  • Relevant systems experience such as Kerridge, Pinnacle and 1 Link would also be advantageous.
