We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Service Management Office Analyst to join our Technology Team based at our Head Office in Worcester. You will assist the Service Office Manager with the effective and efficient management, development and improvement of Service Management Office (SMO) Services to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of high‑quality Technology Operations projects and reporting.
The mission for our Technology Department is to drive and inspire modernisation whilst enabling our entire community to thrive. Technology is one of the key enablers of our Group's strategy so having the right person to support the successful delivery of modernising our Technology Operations is crucial.
This role is based in Worcester and will include a balance of home and office working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).
