Job summary

You will oversee financial planning, performance management, and inter-agency collaboration, providing strategic leadership, governance, and accountable management across the Division.

Qualifications

• Lead delivery of a service aligned to transformation agenda.
• Ensure delivery of community-based care services with a whole-systems approach.
• Accountable for financial planning and performance of the Division.
• Establish governance and compliance with NHS policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to staff.
• Coordinate with secondary and primary care, politicians and contractors.
• Develop and monitor capacity frameworks with escalation for safety.
• Drive health promotion and prevention initiatives with partner agencies.
• Ensure compliance with CQC, HSE and relevant assurance systems.
