Community Integrated Care is looking for a compassionate and skilled Service Leader to head up a brand new service in the Inverness area.
This full time role is a chance to build and lead your own team of Advanced Support Workers supporting a young man with complex needs to live his Best Life Bolder.
You will lead a dedicated team delivering person centred support for someone with Autism, a learning disability, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder.
You will take responsibility for shaping the service from day one, recruiting, guiding and inspiring the team.
You will ensure that all care is delivered with dignity, choice and respect.
You will support the transition process, including occasional travel to Grimsby with accommodation and expenses covered.
You will model Community Integrated Care’s values in everything you do.
Experience leading teams in health or social care.
Knowledge of autism and OCD.
Emotional intelligence and a person centred approach.
A recognised qualification such as Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 with supervisory units or Care Management Level 3.
Confidence using basic IT systems, with training provided if required.
Patience, empathy, resilience, and a commitment to supporting someone to thrive.
Salary between £30920 and £34102 depending on experience.
