A leading healthcare organization in London is seeking individuals for two senior roles within their Advice service. Candidates will provide leadership and support, focusing on quality assurance and technical development to ensure high standards in managing healthcare concerns. Join us in one of two new, key senior roles in our Advice service. These specialist, externally facing roles, are designed to further strengthen effective delivery and ongoing development of our Case Advice Service. We are committed to continuous improvement to ensure our service remains the leader in the resolution of concerns about performance in the NHS.
You will work closely with the Director of Advice and Appeals, providing leadership and support to our Case Advice Service. As an experienced expert in a relevant field, you will bring your strong expertise and proven leadership experience to the roles and enjoy delivering as part of a strong leadership team.
NHS Resolution is a not-for-profit arms length of the NHS working for health care providers to resolve concerns, disputes and claims fairly and to share learning across the NHS and beyond. Practical Performance Advice Service (the Advice Service) provides impartial, expert advice, interventions and insights nationally, to frontline healthcare organisations to help them to fairly and effectively manage and resolve concerns about individual doctors, dentists and pharmacists, as well as clinical teams. Our ultimate aim is to support the retention of a skilled and valued clinical workforce in the NHS to deliver safe and effective patient care.
