Job description

Swire is currently seeking experienced and structured professionals with a hands‑on approach and proactive mindset for Site Supervisor / Service Lead positions within the wind industry.

Location: UK Offshore / North East
Rotation: 14 days on/ 14 days off
Start date: TBC

Length of project: Long Term

Responsibilities

• Managing daily on‑site activities and ensuring the smooth execution of installation processes
• Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting any unsafe conditions
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily progress reports and work reports to a high standard
• Providing regular updates on project developments to Line Manager and escalating delays or critical issues in line with company policy

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position within the wind industry
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution‑oriented under pressure, with the ability to adapt to change
• Strong English communication skills
• Previous GE Haliade‑X experience would be advantageous
