Job Description

We are looking for a Service Integration Specialist to join our team on a 9 month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role based out of Trinity.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

As a Service Integration Specialist, your responsibilities will include meticulously defining criteria for service readiness, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless service launches. With a robust background in IT service management, you will leverage comprehensive knowledge of the IT Service Lifecycle. Excel in supplier management by understanding service level agreements, overcoming underperformance, and enriching our supplier portfolio through market research. Your focus on the service lifecycle will involve defining criteria for engaging, onboarding, and delivering supplier services, exceeding desired outcomes. Showcase a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring the constant pursuit of improved customer outcomes.

  • Support alignment of SLAs to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate the supplier portfolio across local, central, and external organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the management of operational risks through multi-supplier interactions.
  • Ensure supplier process compliance and governance.
  • Ensuring all supplier service documentation, including IT service configuration is produced in a timely manner and is maintained by the relevant suppliers.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for service transition, ensuring control over modifications and introductions of new services across suppliers.
What we need from you
  • ITIL v3 or v4 foundation or above.
  • Relationship management.
  • Supplier management.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail.
