A regional transportation authority is seeking a Service Information Delivery Officer to enhance customer communication and service information management. We’re looking for a Service Information Officer to join our team and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and engaging customer-facing service information across multiple channels. From printed materials and on‑street displays to digital platforms like our website and mobile app, you’ll ensure our customers have the information they need—when they need it.

You’ll take ownership of producing and maintaining service information that is clear, accurate, and accessible—whether it’s a printed timetable, an eINK display, or a digital update on our app. Your work will directly impact customer experience and satisfaction, making public transport easier and more reliable for everyone.
