NHS Lothian is recruiting a Service Improvement Manager to lead the development and delivery of improvement programmes that transform services with a specific focus on improving patient flow. NHS Lothian is excited to be recruiting a Service Improvement Manager to lead the development and delivery of improvement programmes to support service transformation through delivery of a range of high impact changes with a specific focus on improving patient flow. The Service Improvement Manager will also work to develop local capability to ensure sustainable service improvement longer term. This is a generic role which will be allocated to lead specific improvement programmes as required. A particular focus for the role will be to support re-admission reductions and pathway improvements across West Lothian. The post-holder will be required to work closely with a large number of different services to facilitate improvements in both patient flow and the quality of patient journeys.

To work in the United Kingdom, there is a legal requirement for an individual to demonstrate that they have the relevant permission to work in the country.
