The Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of our business, travelling across the UK & Ireland to install, service, and support our cutting-edge packaging and labelling machinery.

• Installing, commissioning, and maintaining high-speed packaging equipment
• Fault-finding across mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems

• Delivering world-class customer service and technical expertise on-site

Experience required:

• 2-3+ years' experience in a Field Service or Technical Engineer role
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including wiring, fault-finding, and PLC basics ideally
• Hands-on experience with packaging or labelling machinery (or similar)
• A proactive approach to problem-solving — and the confidence to work solo or in a team
• A full UK driving licence
• Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent) preferred
• Welding or fabrication experience? Even better!
