Job summary

Key duties include planned and reactive maintenance, site documentation, risk assessments, and remote diagnostics. Some workshop time and rare overseas assignments may occur.

• Remote diagnosis and support of customer systems.
• Support workshop activities when not on-site, including build and testing.
• Overseas work may occasionally be required.

The successful candidate will undertake all duties associated with that of a Service Engineer, This position involves remote working from home and providing site service and maintenance at Customer sites throughout the UK. In addition, you will use your technical knowledge to satisfying client demand and delivering a service to a high standard.

More about the role:

• Provide site service and maintenance at petrochemical sites throughout the UK.
• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance.
• Complete site documentation including permit requests, method statements & risk assessments.
• Compile written reports for customers.
• Remote diagnosis / support of customer systems
• When not on-site support of the workshop activities, including build and functional testing.
• There is a possibility of overseas work although this is not common.
