Qualifications

  • Good communication skills, punctual, presentable and willing to learn and develop.
  • Knowledge and experience of the company products, applications and markets is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in water treatment is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Passionate about providing a first-class service to our customers.
  • Able to handle challenging conversations with customers and find a resolution.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written with the versatility to communicate at all levels clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrable experience of having built strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • A good level of IT competency.
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Job description

Some more brief responsibilities of a Service Engineer are :

To develop and maintain good working relationships with customers.

To observe, abide by and enforce the Companys and clients Health & Safety policies.

To provide on-site corrective/preventative maintenance and offer after‑sales technical and commercial support.

Carry out commissioning work

Timely completion and submission of risk assessments, work reports, time sheets and all other documentation.

Timely completion of site tasks and activities as required.

To propose and undertake any relevant training approved by your line manager.

Gather site information and compile site log‑books for customers, maintain and audit.
