Overview

For an AC Manufacturer - Commercial Air Conditioning VRV / VRF up to £55k base salary, + 7% bonus + overtime + high / matching pension contribution.

Location: Southampton / Winchester / Salisbury / Andover / Devizes / Basingstoke (Very focused, max 1:30 hr travel time).

Industry: HVACR / HVAC/R / HVAC-R / Commercial HVAC / Air conditioning / AC A/C / Refrigeration and Air Conditioning / Chillers / Water Cooled Chillers / Air Cooled Chillers / ASHP / Air Source Heat Pumps

Desired Experience: Air conditioning service and maintenance engineer, fault find and fix, PPMs. If you have heat pump and/or Hybrid AC experience this will be of great interest.

The Role

A leading air conditioning manufacturer seeks an experienced HVAC Service and Maintenance Engineer to join their Air Conditioning Service Team. You will be focused on a specific region for commercial planned preventive maintenance contracts and emergency fault find and fix call outs on commercial HVAC VRF / VRV air conditioning systems from all the main HVAC / air conditioning manufacturers.

Experience / Qualifications

• You will have extensive hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems.
• Ability to fault find and fix; experience with PPMs.
• F-Gas, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications / certifications and manufacturer training would be an advantage, especially NVQ level 3 or level 2.
• Great teamwork and communication skills, both client-facing and within the regional team to service contracts and resolve fault find and fix call outs quickly and effectively.
• Experience progressing through roles on the tools with extensive HVAC Manufacturer Training; Service Checker experience is a plus.

Their HVAC Engineers have extensive knowledge on servicing HVACR, air conditioning, VRV/VRF, chillers, refrigeration and other chilled water / cooled systems such as heat pumps and hybrid AC from top manufacturers.

The Package

• Base salary from £48,000 to £55,000 depending on experience and technical ability for 37 hrs per week.
• 7% company bonus, overtime, company van or a car provided, plus pension, private healthcare and dental insurance schemes.
• 27 days holiday + bank holidays and a high pension contribution.
