Field Service Engineer

Location: Coventry, covering sites across the UK.

Salary and Benefits

£45,000-£60,000 + No Call Out + No Weekend Work + Car/Car Allowance + Holiday + up to 10% Pension + Life Assurance.

Responsibilities

The day‑to‑day responsibilities for this role include travelling between company sites to perform repair, service and maintenance tasks on plant/industrial machinery. The successful candidate will receive initial industry and manufacturer training to get up to speed and become part of an established maintenance team. This role involves travel across the UK and staying away from home.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Field Engineer / Maintenance Engineer, qualified electrically and have a background repairing industrial machinery.

The Role

• Field Service Engineer
• Carrying out repairs, service and maintenance on plant machinery
• Involved in project improvement work
• Travelling to customer sites across the UK and staying away from home
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. No weekend or call‑out work

• Maintenance Engineers looking to begin a career in field service are also considered
