Service Engineer

Location: Bristol Area
Department: Service & After Sales
Reports to: Service Manager

Are you a motivated and skilled engineer with a passion for providing top-tier service and support? We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical expertise, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line call-out and service support for customers
  • Perform routine servicing and breakdown response for service contract customers
  • Service and test LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) equipment in compliance with current COSHH legislation and HSE guidance
  • Commission and conduct performance testing on new equipment
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in field service engineering
  • Solid understanding of engineering processes and technical problem-solving
  • Experience in the HVAC/dust and fume extraction industry is a plus
  • Experience with LEV testing and electrical qualifications are advantageous
  • Familiarity with HMIs and inverters is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • P601 Certification required
  • Full, clean driving license
