About the role

Reporting to theOperational Engineering Manager, the Site Service Engineer role is extremely varied and requires excellent decision-making skills, a “can do” attitude and the ability to make and support business critical decisions.

The daily tasks as a Service Engineer at Refresco

• Servicing and maintaining a range of manufacturing equipment, from various manufacturers – Sidel, Tetra, Krones, KHS, Adpak, Sig etc
• Maintain department standards to the highest level
• Support budget delivery through effective maintenance and spare parts management
• Ensure Health & Safety and Statutory compliance of all equipment.
• Carry out continual site monitoring to manage site environmental compliance.
• Carry out PPM activities and corrective actions.
• Maintain hygiene and GMP standards across the factory.

About you :

• We are seeking a Level 3 or above-trained Site Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
• If you have worked on the following manufacturers equipment, this would be highly advantageous - Sidel, Tetra, Krones, KHS, Adpak, Sig etc
• As a qualified maintenance engineer, you will have hands‑on experience in carrying out basic maintenance and servicing activities and can demonstrate good foundational knowledge of Engineering practices. A positive outlook and a desire to deliver the service levels required by the site, is key to success in this position.
