This Position reports to: Service Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain technical service documentation, troubleshooting guides, and safety bulletins for PCS100/PCS120 systems
  • Establish and uphold templates, style guides, and governance to ensure documentation quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with product and service teams to integrate feedback and improve serviceability
  • Drive continuous improvement, exploring digital/multimedia formats and efficient processes for information delivery
Qualifications for the Role
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or similar), with 2+ years' experience in service delivery, technical writing, or project coordination
  • Field/site experience with power electronics equipment; ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-focused content
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word; familiarity with Adobe InDesign, FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare is a plus
  • Knowledge of PCS100/PCS120 or related UPS/Power Protection products preferred; understanding of IEC/IEEE documentation standards advantageous
  • Proficiency in communicating in English in a professional and technical context
  • Strong time management, stakeholder collaboration, and problem-solving skills under pressure
