Methods is a UK-based IT Services Consultancy delivering digital transformation for public sector and private clients. We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst with strong Linux and macOS support to provide first- and second-line incident management and user assistance.
You will troubleshoot OS, application, network and authentication issues, manage tickets, assist with device enrollment and security controls, and work with MDM platforms such as Intune and Jamf in enterprise environments.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst with strong technical support and troubleshooting experience across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and macOS environments. The role will provide first-line and second-line support for users, devices, applications, access and connectivity issues.
