• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an IT customer service or support role.
• Demonstrable IT technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support for hardware, software, infrastructure, and telephony requests.
• Administer user accounts using Active Directory and Google Admin.
• Manage supplier orders for hardware and software.
• Maintain operational procedure documents.
• Ensure the Configuration Management Database is updated.
• Utilize ITIL Incident Management best practices.
