A global payment technology firm in Manchester is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide high-quality support and troubleshoot issues for external customers. Ideal candidates have experience in technical support, strong analytical skills, and ITIL knowledge. Due to growth within our Service Delivery area, we are excited to expand our team and are now seeking a Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our external customers, providing high-quality support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Salary & Bonus : up to £29,000 (Dependent on experience)
