Overview

TPT Retirement Solutions are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to maintain and support IT services, resolve technical issues, and manage IT assets and licensing. Your work will help keep our technology running smoothly for all users.



Responsibilities


  • Resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues via the Service Desk, escalating when needed.

  • Log and manage Service Desk tickets, create knowledge base articles, and deliver timely solutions.

  • Support routine system checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

  • Generate performance reports and data analysis as required.

  • Set up meeting rooms, presentations, and video conferences.

  • Administer Windows Server, Exchange, Mimecast, Intune, VMware View, and mobile devices.

  • Manage print servers, telephony, routine backups, and access controls.

  • Support IT asset management, software license compliance, and create documentation.

  • Engage with stakeholders, provide training and technical advice, and support new technology rollouts.



Skills & Qualifications


  • Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies (LAN, WAN, SAN, server design, disaster recovery, data centres).

  • Experience in a ticket-based Service Desk environment and providing 1st line service desk support.

  • IT support for Windows desktop users and Microsoft Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Exchange, MS Teams & Office 365).

  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls.

  • Experience with print server and telephone system administration.

  • Familiarity with software asset management and licensing compliance.

  • Effective stakeholder management skills, able to communicate clearly with non technical colleagues.

  • Ability to work effectively with third-party support.
