Morgan Fire Protection’s Service Desk Administrators

Provide support to the Service Desk team with administrative tasks, data entry, data cleansing and system work. Provide administrative support in a fast-paced, busy and varied work environment.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the office team, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and general office coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues on a variety of projects and tasks as required, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of work.
  • Act as a point of contact for field technicians — assigning callouts, managing schedules, and assisting with administrative needs such as parking, uniform orders, and equipment requirements.
  • Handle incoming calls via the Avaya telephone system, responding professionally to new customer enquiries, service requests, and general queries.
  • Monitor and manage the shared inbox, ensuring all incoming emails are responded to promptly and filed appropriately.
  • Maintain and update the CRM (CASH) database to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer information, including regular data cleansing and updates. Full training will be provided.
  • Support stock management processes by ordering materials and supplies from approved suppliers, based on engineer requirements, and maintaining organised and well-stocked storage areas.
  • Oversee general office administration tasks such as filing, shredding, post handling (including franking), and maintaining a tidy and efficient working environment.
  • Manage stationery orders and ensure office supplies are readily available and appropriately organised.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism at all times.

Please Note: training will be provided to ensure that all the above tasks can be carried out in line with company requirements
