Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician in Warrington to organise and perform fibre installations and repairs, often outdoors and in challenging weather. The role requires a full UK driving licence, DBS check, and strong customer-facing communication.

Training is provided for the right candidate with a Telecoms background and a commitment to health and safety. The position involves coordinating schedules, site surveys, and troubleshooting, with travel as needed and a 40-hour week plus

Qualifications

  • Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
  • Climbing up to 15m and working with infrastructure.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and DBS check where required.
  • Strong customer-facing communication across technical levels.
  • Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided.
  • Good understanding of health & safety practices.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Organise daily and weekly work schedules for Fibre installations and repairs.
  • Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and in all weather conditions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service in interactions with residents and clients.
  • Perform full Fibre installations including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety.
  • Participate in team meetings and share feedback to improve performance.
  • Adhere to Circet safety standards and proactively identify risks.
  • Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities of Service Delivery:
  • Organise your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely and efficient Fibre installations and repairs, aligning with client expectations and business goals
  • Work outdoors in a very physically demanding role and potentially adverse weather conditions to complete multiple installations per day
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring all interactions with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders are professional and solution focused
  • Expertly perform full Fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to quality and industry standards
  • Conduct site inspections to assess installation feasibility, evaluate infrastructure conditions, and provide risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and collaborating with colleagues and managers to improve performance and enhance customer experience
  • Consistently meet Circet's safety standards, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks in the field
  • Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction levels
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
  • Physically capable of demanding work, including climbing (up to 15m), underground tasks, and heavy lifting in all weather
  • Full clean UK manual driving licence
  • Basic DBS check
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills across all technical levels
  • Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate
  • Good understanding of health & safety practices
  • Full right to work in the UK
Additional Information
  • The normal hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with the expectation for you to work one Saturday in every four. The nature of your work may involve considerable travel time outside of office hours with no additional renumeration.
