Overview
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager - Passive Fire to join our team in London. The role sits within Compliance and involves coordinating and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Passive Fire maintenance operations and remedials service across multiple sites that meets contract and service specifications and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the operations team carrying out Passive Fire Safety works, fault finding and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Respond to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring tools and equipment are maintained by staff; when stock issues arise, place orders within budget.
- Prepare quotation and tender documentation as required to meet customer expectations and to win new business where appropriate.
- Ensure the correct Schedule of Rates are in place for each job and that valuations are noted. Inspect and sign off completed works ensuring compliance with the company’s 3rd Party Certification.
- We work closely with the Home Office to prevent unlawful working. A basic Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary for successful applicants, which Sanctuary will pay for.
- To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates must be qualified to Fire Risk Assessor Level 3, ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership), NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject, or be currently undertaking the qualification. Original certification verifying proof of qualifications must be provided during the interview; copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
- Working knowledge of passive fire delivery including management experience.
- Experience of working under a third-party accreditation (e.g., BM Trada requirements).
- Experience of effectively recruiting, managing and developing staff.
- This role will involve driving on company business; drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

- Role salary is £48,902 with an additional policy allowance of £1,388 per annum (rising to £51,476 with an additional policy allowance of £1,461 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
