Job summary

Together Limited is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure effective operational service delivery within our Tech function. You will support major incident management, service reviews, and SLA governance while engaging with technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to protect service quality.

In this role you will assist invoicing, budgeting input, and supplier relationships, balancing governance with hands-on management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management and incident coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with business stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and report on service performance and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in major incident management and triage tickets across queues.
• Monitor queues and report trends and SLA breaches; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with product owners and service desk teams for smooth service introduction.
