You will manage a skilled team, ensure contractual obligations are met, and drive financial performance including gross profit and debt collection, while upholding HSE compliance. A dynamic, client-facing environment awaits.

• Own the mobilisation process from inception to completion, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Drive financial performance, including gross profit delivery and timely debt collection.
• Champion Health & Safety compliance across all activities.
• Utilise CAFM systems to maximise productivity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain the highest quality standards.

You are a confident, commercially aware leader who inspires your team and keeps complex contracts running smoothly. Your experience includes:

• Delivering FM services in complex, high-profile environments.

• A relevant technical, engineering, or FM qualification is desirable.
