As the Service Delivery Lead at our site in Stretford, you will hold line management responsibility for an administrative team, including recruitment, performance appraisals, absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Duties include:

  • Deliver business performance metrics with team and wider management team
  • Managing and deploying staff resources to ensure that deadlines and targets are met within agreed timescales
  • Ensuring that medical, administration, accommodation and computer resources are maximised to schedule sufficient examinations to achieve all targets
  • Producing, making active and regularly using statistical data and dissemination of work management reports to manage the workload effectively, including cascading of same to your team
  • Working with other teams and Team Leaders to ensure cohesion within unit and work flow progression
  • Providing reports on performance as appropriate
  • Supporting the Operations Manager in establishing and maintaining effective customer liaisons.
  • Salary£30,000 per annum.
  • Experience in a Business Administration position or similar role
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Fluent English language skills: spoken and written in a clear, caring, courteous and professional manner
  • Attention to detail in relation to office supervision duties
  • Ability to confidently use MS Word, Excel and Outlook to a basic standard
  • Able to motivate team members to deliver work to set targets and effectively structure daily activities ensuring effective outcome
  • Willingness to travel as required by the business and undertake other duties and working patterns as required.
