Job summary

Atos is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Glasgow to lead IT service delivery for large-scale environments. You will own contractual commitments, SLA governance, and customer outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams across regions.

You will build strong client relationships, drive service improvements, and oversee financial performance including budgets and forecasting. This role requires strong leadership, ITIL knowledge, and proven ability to manage dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large IT service delivery or managed services.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience delivering against SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL processes.
• Commercial and financial management experience including budgets and forecasting.
• Proven leadership of large, distributed teams.
• ITIL certification or strong ITIL knowledge.
• Experience in financial services or public sector environments.
• Bid, transition and service transformation experience.
• Supplier and vendor management experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, automation and innovations.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Significant experience leading large-scale IT Service Delivery or Managed Services environments.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing service delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL processes.
• Commercial and financial management experience, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-skilled, and geographically dispersed teams.
• ITIL certification or strong ITIL service management knowledge.
• Experience working within complex financial services or public sector environments.
• Bid, transition, and service transformation experience.
• Supplier and vendor management experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.

Please note that this is a Glasgow-based role, and there is a strong expectation that you will attend both the customer site and the Atos office in Glasgow two to three times per week.
