Service Delivery Coordinator

Support the Service Delivery Manager by providing administrative and operational coordination. Track job progress, chase updates, liaise with engineers and suppliers, and ensure jobs move forward smoothly.

And as a Service Delivery Coordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by

  • Monitoring job queues and updating records accurately
  • Contacting suppliers and engineers for updates and job progress
  • Rebooking or rescheduling jobs as needed
  • Raising purchase orders and processing updates in the system
  • Supporting MI and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager to resolve escalation issues quickly, by taking ownership of jobs where loss of trade or critical asset failure has occurred until satisfactory completion keeping client informed until trade is resumed

  • Good Judgement & understanding when to escalate issues
Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from Head Office, Leicester, LE1 6LP Wednesday - Friday 7.00am to 2.00pm plus one in six weekends with a day off in the following week.
