Job summary

Sword is a leading provider of business technology solutions and we are seeking a Service Delivery Analyst. The role ensures services delivered to customers and internal users meet agreed SLAs and KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will be involved in managing escalations during a Service Now upgrade, coordinating multiple teams, and delivering governance dashboards while adhering to ITIL practices and strong customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service management and service delivery.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst this role is responsible for ensuring that services provided to customers or internal users are delivered effectively, meet agreed service levels, and continuously improve.

The team are currently going through a Service Now upgrade and a change of IT provider, therefore effectively managing escalations will be key within this role.

What this role looks like :

• Monitoring and reporting on SLAs, KPIs and service performance
