RGB Network are currently representing a well‑established engineering firm based in Tunbridge Wells, who are looking for an additional service coordinator to join their team to support their service department.

Salary Package
  • £30,000 - £37,000 DOE
  • Office based position
  • Working hours 8am - 5pm

Duties
  • Coordinate and schedule service technicians for field assignments.
  • Create, track, and close work orders in the company's service management system.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, labour hours, and materials used.
  • Communicate with clients about job status, scheduling, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support field work.
  • Organise materials, equipment, and logistics for service tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance‑related documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
