  • Role: Service Coordinator
  • Term: Temp to Perm
  • Start: ASAP
  • Employment Type: Part-time approx. 3 days per week (hybrid)
  • Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:
  • Scheduling Services: Coordinate appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely service delivery
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Problem Solving: Address any challenges that arise promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour that puts clients at ease.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is a plus!
