Responsibilities
- Close and invoice service orders promptly upon engineer completion.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of all planned service requirements.
- Organise and prioritise open orders, handle emergency requests and maximise process efficiency.
- Liaise with service technicians, technical support, sales team and other related areas to resolve customer issues.
- Usage of ePad to accurately close out open work orders.
- Monitor and record customer orders.
- Maintain incoming service channel emails, phone calls, and communications.
- Handle and resolve any customer invoice queries.
- Manage tasks in C4C promptly upon receipt and oversee SAP reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite customer requests and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle non-core and service-related purchase order.
- Assist with contract processing and take on ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required.
