A humanitarian organization in Northern Ireland is seeking a Service Coordinator to lead a team in helping people transition from hospital to home. This role involves managing staff and volunteers, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach to work. Location: Antrim Area Hospital
Salary: £23.590 to £25,155 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 21 per week working Saturday, Sunday and Monday 0930 - 1730
Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2026
Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full UK manual driving licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle
