A national charity organization based in Bournemouth is looking for a Service Coordinator to lead a team that helps individuals transition from hospital to home. This role involves the management of staff and volunteers, ensuring the delivery of services is safe and effective. The ideal candidate should have experience in team management, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach. Working hours are part-time with a salary of approximately £23,590 to £25,155 per annum pro rata.
