Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Service Colleague (Express) to work across departments in our Express stores. This part-time role (16 hours per week) involves serving customers at checkouts, picking orders for home delivery, and restocking shelves. Flexible shifts, including days, will be needed.

You’ll be friendly and proactive, enjoy helping customers, and adapt to different tasks. We offer a competitive £13.10 per hour plus benefits and a strong colleague discount program.

As a Service Colleague, you’ll work across multiple departments to help keep our stores running smoothly. Every day could be different—whether you’re serving customers at the checkouts, picking orders for home delivery, or restocking shelves. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in offering excellent service, welcoming stores, and ‘extra special’ products.
We work together as one team to drive sales and deliver a great online and in-store shopping experience.
About You

You’re naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to get stuck in. You’ll enjoy learning new skills across different departments and love helping customers find what they need—maybe even having a friendly chat along the way.
