Job summary

Asda Express in Motherwell is hiring a Service Colleague for part-time hours (8 per week) with afternoons shifts. You’ll work across departments, helping customers, stocking shelves and contributing to a friendly store environment.

Our operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across our Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations—offering a wide variety of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles. As a Service Colleague, you’ll work across multiple departments to help keep our stores running smoothly. Every day could be different—whether you're serving customers at the checkouts, preparing fresh pizzas, picking orders for home delivery, or restocking shelves.

We work together as one team to drive sales and deliver a great online and in-store shopping experience.

About You

You’re naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to get stuck in. You’ll enjoy learning new skills across different departments and love helping customers find what they need—maybe even having a friendly chat along the way.
