A leading housing association in London is seeking a Service Charge Officer to manage service charge accounts and support residents. This role requires strong experience in leasehold management, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and is a temporary full-time contract for 3 months.

Support residents and manage service charge accounts for a leading housing association in Ealing, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and high-quality customer service.
As a Service Charge Officer, you will play a key role in the Service Charge Action and Resolution Team (SCART), resolving customer queries and supporting the delivery of accurate and transparent service charge information.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in service charge or leasehold management within a housing association or property management setting.
Working Hours: 35 Hours per Week
Length of Contract: 3 Months, 9-5 Mon to Fri
Rate: The pay range for the role is £23.09 to £24.30 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £19.81 to £20.85 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
