An established residential property management company, founded in 2004, is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their Service Charge Accounts team. You'll be managing complete financial portfolios for residential estates, working directly with Estate Management teams, external accountants, and occasionally clients and leaseholders. Responsibilities

• Prepare and load accurate annual service charge budgets for property portfolios
• Process billing for service charges, ground rent, and additional fees to leaseholders
• Prepare comprehensive year-end service charge accounts
• Collaborate with external accountants during account reviews and audits
• Manage utility and insurance recharges to leaseholders
• Handle tax administration and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support the Estate Management team with financial queries

Requirements

• Relevant accounting experience (service charge experience advantageous but not essential)
