A leading insurance provider is seeking a Service Asset and Configuration Analyst in Royal Tunbridge Wells. You will manage IT asset compliance, conduct audits, and collaborate with suppliers. This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000, flexible working arrangements, and a range of benefits including bonuses and a pension scheme.
We have a new opportunity in AXA UK for a Service Asset and Configuration Analyst to join our Service Design and Introduction team. Reporting into the Service Asset and Configuration Manager, you'll be responsible for the monitoring and management of all IT assets, ensuring compliance, lifecycle management and auditing of hardware, software and licenses. You'll ensure the effective use of the Service Asset and Configuration management process contributing to process design and improvement guidance. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
