A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Service Asset and Configuration Analyst to manage IT assets and contribute to process improvements. The role allows for flexible working arrangements, requiring at least 40% of the time spent away from home. Candidates should have proven experience in service asset management and familiarity with ServiceNow. We have a new opportunity in AXA UK for a Service Asset and Configuration Analyst to join our Service Design and Introduction team.
Reporting into the Service Asset and Configuration Manager, you’ll be responsible for the monitoring and management of all IT assets, ensuring compliance, lifecycle management and auditing of hardware, software and licenses. You’ll ensure the effective use of the Service Asset and Configuration management process contributing to process design and improvement guidance.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
