John Lewis is seeking a Service & Selling Coach to train and coach Partners in our shops, helping deliver exceptional service that drives customer loyalty. You will train in groups or one-to-one, give feedback, and tailor sessions to different learning styles.
You’ll induct new Partners and provide tech training for devices and apps used on the shopfloor. You’ll stay current with learning platforms like Workday and PDW, building strong relationships with colleagues to champion outstanding

You'll be using your expert knowledge to train and coach Partners so that they have all of the tools they need to provide the very best service John Lewis is known for. Ensuring customers return time and time again, earning their trust and loyalty for a lifetime.
Helping our Partner to have all of the skills and knowledge they need to serve our customers is a really important role, on a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for:
36.5 hours per week. Varied hours of work across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends.
