Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers as they arrive.
• Explain work due to be carried out on vehicles.
• Complete courtesy car insurance paperwork accurately.
• Provide progress updates to customers.
• Liaise with workshop and other teams.
• Invoicing for work carried out.
• Take payments and explain invoices.
• Quote and sell service plans.
• Complete warranty paperwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
