Overview

Role - Service Advisor/Service Receptionist

Location - Crewe

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 basic OTE £36,000 (Realistic)

Richard Abson Group are helping a prestige car dealership in Crewe, to find them a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They're offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

Responsibilities

• As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles.


• As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.

Requirements

• At least 1 years' experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).


• Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales.


• Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary & Hours

The business is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning £36,000 (Currently the team is overachieving).

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings PAID AT OVERTIME!
